Yes siree, we are blessed. It has been a smooth transition from the States to India. What a blessing! Some co-workers and friends set up our new home with a new refrigerator stocked with food, internet that is fast, hot water heater that works, a stove that works and beds that had sheets on them for us to drop in to when we arrived! What we left behind in America were precious family and friends...but, we were greeted in India with our old (and new) friends and "family". Below are some pictures that we took arriving in Delhi and then of our new home, and then some pics before we left the States.
Starting off in Delhi a little rough. It took us a week to get over jet lag. Talk about difficult!

Hannah's friend Aashini...reconnecting with good friends was so much fun. They actually played together this time instead of playing around each other.
Below: Hannah's new friend, Esther from the guesthouse in Delhi.

The bath tub was a little out of order at the guest house so it was back to the bucket for bathtime. Hannah loved it...maybe it reminded her of her days back in Shillong?

Below: Our new home comes with dogs! Not our dogs...the upstairs neighbor has dogs. And Hannah looooves them! She bosses them around all day long...telling them what to do and where to go. She's in heaven.

Below: Our new home also has some pretty plants all around the yard--so as Hannah plays she sees the gardener pruning this plant and that...so she thinks that is what she should do now.

Below: The people who lived here before us were with our Organization--and they were so kind to leave us their slide and swing. Just another perk of this new place. Not to mention the sweet basketball court that Nathan is enjoying!
Below: Nathan and I went on a motorcycle ride around where we live -- it was great! There are tea gardeners all over the place and they are so beautiful. We love the gardens b/c it is a step away from the crazy packed streets and smog.
As you can see below...this is a quiet street out in the tea garden : )

Below: Sammie started eating rice cereal...and let me just say, he is a great eater!

Below: our new yard...it's big and has plenty of butterflies for Hannah to chase around.
Below: Our sweet Emily (cousin) and Sammy saying their goodbyes.

Grandma Beth and Grandpa Steve giving Hannah her Christmas present before we leave...it was a medical kit. She loves it! Thanks you all!

I'm not sure about the hair...but the smile sure is cute.

Below: Visiting Grandma Ruth at the nursing home. Nathan presented her with a Bible that was translated into a language that G'ma was familiar with and for a people that she prayed for for a long time during her life in India.

Below: Oh...our sweet little friends Anna Jo and Caleb. They are the sweetest little people. They're mommy and daddy are okay too... : )

Below: Hannah with Grandpa Bob.

Below: Hannah's Mother's Day Out class...oh, what a wonderful time that was! We miss her teachers and her little friends.
